Guided by Lineage
A Bridge Between Ghanaian and Jamaican Wisdom
My practice is a living bridge between the legacy of my Jamaican elders and my Ghanaian roots. Following in the footsteps of the generations of birthworkers in my lineage, I continue the path in as well as a doula and researcher in African studies to better understand and preserve the communal rituals that have historically held families through their most sacred transitions. As a community-based doula, I believe that knowing you are supported is the absolute foundation of a safe journey. I weave this deep ancestral wisdom with scholarly insight to ensure you never walk the portal of birth alone, providing a grounded support system that honors both your peace and your power.
